Damaged Items
To be eligible for a refund you must provide photos of your damaged goods and send us a message. Please also keep all packaging that your order arrived in, the courier company will want to collect the packaging as evidence for their investigation. again proof of purchase will need to be available to us & the courier company.
Not all items will be able to be replaced (if they are one off items), if we can replace items we will after the investigation has finished. Otherwise we can offer a refund or store credit to the exact same value of damaged item/s.

All of our products contain Natural oils, Essential oils and Fragrance Oils.
Please check with your doctor that it is safe to use with any medications that you are using.
Be ADVISED that some of our products contain beeswax and nut oils, please contact us to find alternative.
